Adult Rehabilitation Services

Our adult programs focus on maximizing a person's potential to return to an independent lifestyle after experiencing a brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation or developing a neurological condition.

A state-of -the-art facility incorporating a therapy gym, an independent living test apartment and high-tech equipment (such as a computerized pressure mapping system for proper wheelchair seating) helps individuals accomplish their goals.

Adult Partial Hospitalization Programs

Day Hospital Program
Serves as a transition from inpatient medical rehabilitation for individuals who no longer require 24 hour medical/nursing support, but still need:

• Intensive Therapy (occupational, physical and speech) either daily or several days per week
• Occasional medical/nursing support
• Rest periods during the day

SAILS Program
The Successful Adult Independent Living Skills (SAILS) program serves as transition from inpatient medical rehabilitation or day hospital programming for individuals who desire to return to work or school.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy services are provided on an individualized basis for individuals with neurological conditions which do not require full day treatment and those individuals requiring wheelchair seating assessments.
