Employment Referral provides a source of qualified applicants with disabilities to companies interested in actively recruiting a diverse work force. Post employment follow up is provided to support a successful job match.

Technology Consultations provide employers assistance with workstation and/or computer related modifications for existing employees or to accommodate new employees.

Employment Re-Integration Services assists employers and employees with disabilities in the development of return to work strategies, relating the essential functions of the job to the employee’s known skills and restrictions, and providing support services to the human resource team, manager and the employee.

R.I. Industries, Industrial Subcontract Services provides a source of labor for packaging, mailing, assembly and related needs at a competitive rate. The work may be done at one of our three subcontract workshop sites, or at the company site.

Accessible Images, Document Imaging Service Bureau, provides conversion of paper documents to electronic formats for private industry and government agencies within a 200-mile radius of Kansas City. The service bureau showcases the talents of people with disabilities and integrates state of the art computer technology.
